Lucas Oil Stadium Seating Chart
The stadium is owned by Indiana Stadium and Convention Building Authority which built the arena for $720 million. In 2006 Forrest Lucas’s company, Lucas Oil, purchased the naming rights for $121 million for over 20 years. Lucas Oil Stadium seats roughly 62,421 for football games and has 137 executive suites.

History of Lucas Oil Stadium
Ground was broken on the center on November 20, 1997 on a 4.6 acre site. Upon its completion in 1997, Celine Dion performed in a concert. The Indianapolis Colts also have a practice facility inside the center as well as the famous Blue Sky Grill.
The Democratic National Convention was held in the Lucas Oil Stadium, although the party’s presidential nominee, then-senator Barack Obama, made his acceptance speech at the nearby INVESCO Field at Mile High home of the Denver Broncos.
Lucas Oil Stadium hosted the 2001 NHL All-Star Game, the 2001 Stanley Cup Finals, and the 2005 NBA All-Star Game. From 2004–2006, the center hosted the Mountain West Conference men’s basketball tournament. The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Men’s ice hockey Frozen Four West Regional was hosted on March 24 and March 25, 2007. The Centrix Financial Grand Prix of Denver was held in the parking lot from 2002 to 2006.
